What's the difference between a standard and a custom model?
As standard we offer 16 different fronts. But you can also design a custom front — your photo is then professionally printed on MDF with mouldings for a better finish.
How many records and/or CDs fit in the Strausser jukebox?
We chose not to put a changer in our jukebox. It has a turntable that plays every type of record (33, 45 and 78 rpm) and a CD player that holds one CD at a time.
How much sound does the Strausser jukebox produce?
The Strausser is fitted with 2× 65-watt 8-inch woofers plus 2 tweeters — together good for more than 100 dB. Want more? Add an external speaker connection and hook up extra speakers.
How much does a Strausser jukebox cost?
Our prebuilt models start from €1,750 and a fully custom build starts from €1,900. You can also add an external speaker connection.
What's the delivery time of a Strausser jukebox?
Delivery normally takes about 3 weeks. If it's ever going to be longer, we always let you know before you order.
How does payment work?
The jukebox is paid on order. Our payment system gives you several ways to complete the payment.
How does delivery happen?
We use an external transport company. Once your jukebox has shipped, they contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.
What if something breaks on the jukebox?
We provide a 2-year factory warranty. During this time we make sure your jukebox works perfectly again, free of charge. After that, we look at the best options together — either way, we always arrange a solution.
My jukebox arrives damaged, what now?
It's important to note any external damage immediately on the carrier's delivery note. The jukebox can then be taken straight back so we can check whether something is really broken.
